For the next 8 weeks, join Brenda as we test out a new class concept. Unlike any other class you may have taken we will be exploring a unique, dynamic blend of cardio genres combined with
flowing yoga asanas designed with FUN in mind! Set against a background of upbeat rhythmic music, this hybrid class focuses on aerobic conditioning and toning, borrowing the language and
moves from Pilates, dance aerobics, step aerobics, boxing and yoga. 1 hr. 15 minutes. Levels 3-4. Cost: drop in or part of class packages.
Format: thorough rhythmic warmup followed by 30-40 minutes of cardio intervals. Session concludes with a yoga cooldown, and a calming restorative stretch segment.
