Join Sarah for a three-part series that dives deeper into breath, mediation and movement along with a gentle yoga class.
Transformational Yoga is a combination of traditional Yoga created to assist and support the practitioner for the removal of emotional, physical and environmental toxins. i.e. stress, negative thoughts or feelings.
Week 1 – We’ll dive deeper into the gift that is Pranayama (breath). Learn more about Bhramari breath (humming bee) and Kapalabhati (breath of fire) and why it works! We will also touch on the Chakras and the Koshas.
Week 2 – Combining breath (Pranayama) with movement (Asana). Enjoy this wonderful experience of combining the power of breath while holding a specific yoga pose.
Week 3 – We’ll dive deeper into the gift of Mediation. After pranayama and gentle joint releasing, we will explore the gift of guided meditation focusing on the Chakras with sound healing and essential oils.
Students will receive workshop notes to take home and continue practicing at home with family and friends.
