As our lives become busier it’s important to set time aside for quiet, clamness and stillness. To move away from the outside world and go within. Restorative yoga is designed to do just that, releasing deeply held tensions in mind and body. The poses are held for longer lengths of time with the use of props to comfort and support. This class helps lower stress, anxiety and boost the immune system.
