Pilates is a perfect complement to Yoga and other movement modalities. Foam roller movements helps break up fat fibers (facia) plus increases oxygenated blood flow to help soothe achy muscles, reduce inflammation and improve body alignment.
No Pilates experience is required for participation in this workshop however one must be flexible enough to get on the floor and balance over the foam roller.
