“Yogic Practices for Renewal”

While the stressors of daily life aren’t going to disappear any time soon, you can create a number of breaks and habits in your day to remind yourself of renewal potential.

This workshop will include information on creating your personal daily sankalpa – i.e. affirmation or prayer upon awakening. Ritual practices such as warm oil massage and dry brushing to fortify the tissues. Recommended foods, teas and essential oils to balance for the new year. Meditation and breathing practice. Yoga Dances that are heating and grounding through solar and lunar aspects.

Wear comfortable movable clothing and be prepared to enjoy yourself and have fun! This is an experience that goes beyond the postures and one you won’t soon forget. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
