Habits can unconsciously run our lives keeping us “stuck” and fearful of change. Are you seeking to make changes in your life that cause you pain or have challenges or obstructions that holds you back? Are you looking to strengthen your commitment to choices that support a healthy life style? Are you already on a path that includes changes and are looking to strengthen those positive choices you make every day?
If so, join Lace Blue-McLean and Nancy Moore on Sunday, January 19 from 3-5pm for an informative session on the INSIDE SELF: YOGA AND RECOVERY 4-part series workshop. Learn how each module of the program will specifically focus on key points/steps on how recovery & yoga are interconnected. Learn how each module will also introduce tools that are known to help overcome any misalignments in our bodies and minds.
