Monica Berberich (Licensed Massage Therapist) and Lace Blue-McLean (Certified Yoga Instructor) are teaming up once again to offer this workshop on the benefits of maintaining good posture and balance. You will leave with an understanding of the muscles used for maintaining good posture and balance, exercises and simple poses/stretches for those muscles and practical tips to use on a daily basis. Workshop will conclude with a Gentle practice incorporating the demonstrated poses/stretches. No yoga experience is needed.
