The studio offers a variety of classes each week, including Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Functional Fitness, Iyengar Yoga and Bend & Stretch. Our teachers create a space of acceptance and encouragement, promoting personal power and inner peace. You don’t have to be flexible to enjoy the classes. Simply put, there is a place for everyone.
