Happy Thanksgiving week everyone! Just a quick reminder – there will be only one class on Thanksgiving from 9-10:30am. Stephanie Adames and Jannice Lance will bring a special class that blends poses (asana), breath (pranayama) and meditation. A practice that can connect us to Presence, Wholeness and Gratitude. Cost: A Grateful Heart. *if you wish, in support of the Citrus County Animal Shelter, a love donation of pet food or supplies i.e. old blankets, towels, sheets etc. Donations can be dropped off anytime in November.

As Thanksgiving kicks off the holiday season and life get busier, hope you find balance no matter what the external world brings. That you are able to take some time to breathe and reflect on what you are grateful for.
