Registration is now open for the next Intro to Yoga Program. This 4-class program is being offered on at the following dates/times:
Evenings program from 6-7:30pm on
– Wednesdays January 17, 24 & 31st and February 7th OR
– Wednesdays February 21, 28, Mar 7 and 14
Morning programs from 10-11:30am
– Fridays January 19, 25, February 2 & 16 OR
– Fridays February 23, Mar 2, 9 & 16
This is a great program for not only newbies but also for those folks who just jumped into yoga with no real training in the basics. Just like a personal trainer at a gym who will guide you through the use of the machines and create a workout routine – the Intro to Yoga Program helps you learn the basic yoga poses and prepares you to join any of the group classes offered at the studio.
The cost for the program is $125 and pre-registration and full payment is required prior to the first class. Class size: 10 students maximum – need 6 to make a class. Classes are kept small to insure more 1-1 attention and to explore the various postures. Questions? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each class will move at a gentle pace, introducing basic postures & breath techniques while combining warm-ups, basic postures & guided relaxation to reduce stress and increase overall well being. Modifications will be offered to tailor all ages, body types and physical. We have lots of fun – learning the basic foundations to help with the wonderful yoga journey.
