Have you been thinking about trying yoga,
but don't know where to start?

Have you tried a few classes just to find yourself confused and overwhelmed? Then the Intro to Yoga Program is the right place to start.

Registration is now open!! Classes are being offered starting September 7. This program is great for folks who have never taken a yoga class to those who have been off the mat far too long. We have lots of fun – so come join in!!

This 4-class program will be offered on Wednesday September 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 6-7:30pm. The cost for the program is $125 and pre-registration and full payment is required prior to the first class. Class size: 8 students maximum – need 6 to make a class. Each class will move at a gentle pace, introducing basic postures & breath techniques while combining warm-ups, basic postures & guided relaxation to reduce stress and increase overall well being. Modifications will be offered to tailor all ages, body types and physical. Sounds interesting? Ready to really understand the benefits of yoga?
