Classes now being offered on 2nd Friday of the month at 3pm. Come join Sandy Floyd who will be instructing movement for approximately 30 minutes to release tension from the body and to open up to deep relaxation. This movement will be followed by a 40 minute guided Yoga Nidra to ease us into a deep restorative relaxation.
