Have you been thinking about trying yoga, but don't know where to start?
Have you tried a few classes just to find yourself confused and overwhelmed?
Registration now open for our program in March. This 4-class program will be offered both in the morning and evenings so you can choose which time session works best for you. Evening sessions are from 7:15-8:30pm and morning sessions from 9-10:15am. Makeups can be made by attending other sessions i.e. sign up for morning sessions – attend an evening session. This program is great for folks who have never taken a yoga class to those who have been off the mat far too long. We have lots of fun - so come join in!!
Morning sessions: 9-10:15am March 14, 16, 28 & 30
Evening sessions: 7:15-8:30pm March 14, 16, 28 & 30
The cost for the program is $125 and pre-registration and full payment is required prior to the first class. Class size: 8 students maximum – need 6 to make a class.
Each class will move at a gentle pace, introducing basic postures & breath techniques while combining warm-ups, basic postures & guided relaxation to reduce stress and increase overall well being. Modifications will be encouraged to tailor all ages, body types and physical abilities.
